The 62MAS to buy at $900, now that the bracelet one has gone from the US sites. 41 mm, 46.9 mm lug-to-lug, 12.3 mm thick, Seiko 6R35 with a 70-hour reserve, 200 m, curved sapphire, on a silicone strap. The SPB143 at 40.5 mm is the reference most lists mean; its page returned a 404 on both seikowatches.com us-en and seikousa.com on the check date, as did the SPB221 and SPB117, so it carries no price here. The Seiko for less is the King Turtle SRPE03 at $650 on the under-$1,000 list: 0.8 mm longer lug to lug on a case 4 mm larger, on the 4R36. The $900 buys the slimmer case and the 70 hours; it does not buy a bracelet.

The GMT to buy under $1,500 if a jumping local hour matters more than knowing where the watch was assembled, which Traska does not say. The 2026 redesign (Ref. 4217) is 38.5 mm, 46.1 mm lug-to-lug, 10.15 mm in the case and 12.1 mm with the box sapphire, Miyota 9075, 150 m, an internal 24-hour bezel set by a second crown at 10 o'clock, steel hardened to about 1,200 HV per the brand, on a bracelet tapering 21 to 16 mm, $950; meteorite dials are $965 to $975. It is the thinnest true GMT in this site's data under $1,500: the Lorier Hyperion is 10.7 mm and the Nodus Contrail, on the same movement, 11.8 mm at $900. Traska's Freediver at $735 is the diver.

Hamilton's diver is $975 for 100 m, and the rating is the number to weigh before the name. 40 mm, 12.95 mm thick, 20 mm lugs, H-10 with an 80-hour reserve, sapphire, unidirectional 60-minute bezel, screw-down crown, on the bracelet, across ten variants on the US listing. Hamilton publishes no lug-to-lug and no assembly line. The Tissot Seastar 1000 at $875 on the under-$1,000 list is rated to 300 m for $100 less. What the Scuba has over Hamilton's own Khaki Field Auto 38 at $845 is the bezel and the screw-down crown, in a case 1.95 mm thicker (12.95 mm against 11 mm).

Not for sale on the check date, so the price is a fact about a batch still in production: completion scheduled for Q1 2027, pre-orders opening soon. 38 mm, 48 mm lug-to-lug, 11.8 mm thick, Sellita SW300-1 no-date with a 56-hour reserve per the brand, 100 m, double-domed sapphire with AR, steel bracelet, $995, in 5N Gold or Galvanic Blue with a third dial to come. It is a 38 mm watch with a longer lug-to-lug than the 40 mm Seaforth IV, 48 mm against 46.5 mm; measure your wrist first. The Vitreous Enamel Series is the same watch with a lead-free enamel dial at $1,095, on the same schedule. Assembled, tested and shipped from Vancouver per the brand.

The dress watch of the list, and the open heart costs $75 over the closed-dial Gentleman Silicium at $950 in the same case. 40 mm, 11.5 mm thick, 21 mm lugs, Powermatic 80 with an aperture over the balance, 100 m, sapphire with AR on the underside, Super-LumiNova on the hands, on the bracelet, $1,025. No lug-to-lug is published and the page carries no assembly statement. The Hamilton Jazzmaster Open Heart at $1,245 on the under-$2,000 list is the same idea for $220 more: 40 mm, 11.05 mm, 50 m, on leather. The Hamilton is the thinner watch; the Tissot is the one on a bracelet with a rating fit for a pool.

The cheapest entry that states Swiss assembly, "assembled and tested in Switzerland", at $1,050 on leather or rubber tropic and $1,250 on a flat-link or beads-of-rice bracelet. 38 mm, 12.9 mm thick, 20 mm lugs, Soprod P024 with a 38-hour reserve, 200 m, double-domed sapphire with AR, unidirectional ceramic bezel with lumed markers. No lug-to-lug is published; the no-date versions were sold out. From the same maker, the F77 at $1,360 is the same movement in a sport case without the bezel (37 mm, 45 mm lug-to-lug, 12.65 mm, 100 m), and the Depthmaster Bronze at 1,000 m is $1,750 on the under-$2,000 list. The 38-hour reserve is what it gives up against the 80-hour calibres above it.

The smallest watch here, and the one Vaer not assembled in America: the A12 page states assembly and testing in Switzerland, where the $989 G5 on the under-$1,000 list says USA. 36 mm, 43 mm lug-to-lug, 10.4 mm thick, 20 mm lugs, Sellita SW260-1, 100 m, domed sapphire with internal AR, Super-LumiNova W20 in 25-plus layers, $1,099 with a single-pass Recon nylon strap and a second strap of your choosing. The lug-to-lug is 2 mm shorter than the Farer Resolute III's. Sold out on the check date. The S5 Dirty Dozen is the same dial family in a 40 mm quartz case at $199; the $1,099 buys the Sellita, the Swiss line and 4 mm less case.

The 50 m rating is the lowest on the list, and it is a rain rating rather than a pool one, so $1,180 buys the day-date and the Nivachron spring, not depth. 40 mm, 12.1 mm thick, 19 mm lugs, Caliber 80 with an 80-hour reserve, sapphire with AR on the underside, blue dial, on the bracelet. No lug-to-lug is published and Mido's page states no lume. Mido's own alternatives are the Multifort M at $1,090 (42 mm, 100 m) and the Ocean Star 200C at $1,360 on the under-$2,000 list; all three sit over $1,000 on the US site. Other Powerwind variants showed $1,250 in a search snippet and were not fetched.

The Farer to buy at $1,220, for the La Joux-Perret G101 in soignée grade and a 45 mm lug-to-lug on a 39 mm case. 11.8 mm thick, 20 mm lugs, 100 m, boxed sapphire with inner AR, exhibition back, Grade X2 Super-LumiNova with ceramic numerals, on leather or Milanese (£1,095 in the UK). The Alert, Venture and Aurora are the same line at the same price. Designed in London and Swiss made per the brand. For $150 more, the Endeavour Aqua Compressor at $1,370 (41.5 mm, 45 mm lug-to-lug, 12.5 mm, grade 2 titanium, 300 m, twin compressor crowns) was sold out, with the Hecla Hunter Green in stock at the same price: the same lug-to-lug on a case 2.5 mm larger, and three times the rating.

Buy it for the 600 m or not at all: the deepest rating on the list, in the largest and thickest case by a margin, 4 mm wider and 2.45 mm thicker than the Doxa SUB 200. 46 mm, 16.25 mm thick, 22 mm lugs, Powermatic 80, ISO 6425, helium valve, ceramic unidirectional bezel, sapphire with AR on the underside, on the bracelet, $1,275. No lug-to-lug is published. The Seastar 1000 in 40 mm at $875 on the under-$1,000 list is 300 m and 12.48 mm, and for anyone not diving to 600 m that is the Tissot diver. A 44 mm Seastar 2000 is on the US site and was not fetched. Second Tissot here because the Gentleman and the Seastar are different families.

The entry Doxa at $1,290, sold with a movement Doxa declines to name: the page says Swiss automatic, so the table says that and nothing more. 42 mm, 46 mm lug-to-lug, 13.8 mm thick, 19 mm lugs, 200 m, sapphire with AR, unidirectional bezel, Super-LumiNova, on the steel bracelet, or $1,250 on rubber. The lug-to-lug is the useful figure: 46 mm on a 42 mm case, shorter than the Seiko SPB317's 46.9 mm on 41 mm. For the same $1,290 the Serica 6190 below names its calibre and certifies it; the Doxa has the bezel and the case. The SUB 300T at $2,190 (42.5 mm, 13.65 mm, 1,200 m, no lug-to-lug published) is the next Doxa up, in the notes of the under-$2,500 list.

The one chronometer on the page, and at $1,290 the first COSC certificate on this site's ladder. 38 mm, 46.5 mm lug-to-lug, 10.4 mm thick, 20 mm lugs, Soprod M100 certified by COSC, 200 m, 1.8 mm double-domed sapphire, fixed flat step bezel, Super-LumiNova C3, on a Bonklip-style steel bracelet, as the maker's site shows it to US customers (€1,090 in Europe). The California dial replaces the discontinued 4512. Serica, Paris, states its watches are made in Switzerland and chronometer-certified since 2023. The M.S.L. and TXD dials in the same case are $1,390; the 7505-1 is the same specification at 35 mm, 41.5 mm lug-to-lug and 9.6 mm, for the same $1,290. Against the Doxa at the same money it gives up 4 mm of case and the rotating bezel.

The cheaper Mido, $90 under the Powerwind in the main list, and the one with the pool rating: 100 m against 50 m. 42 mm, 11 mm thick, 22 mm lugs, Caliber 80 with a Nivachron spring and an 80-hour reserve, sapphire with double AR, on the bracelet, $1,090. No lug-to-lug is published. It is 2 mm larger and 1.1 mm thinner than the Powerwind, and gives up the day-date. The Hamilton Khaki Field Auto 42 at $845 on the under-$1,000 list is the alternative with the same 80 hours and a published 53 mm lug-to-lug; the Mido's trade is $245 for the anti-magnetic spring and the blank column.

$250 over the Khaki Field Auto 42 for the same case, the same H-10 and a seconds hand with EUREKA on it in Morse. 42 mm, 53 mm lug-to-lug, 11 mm thick, 22 mm lugs, 80-hour reserve, 100 m, sapphire, $1,095 on leather; a discounter had it at $889. Unlike the 38 mm Murph on the under-$1,000 list, this one has a published lug-to-lug, and 53 mm is the longest on this page. The Auto 42 at $845 is the alternative and the same watch on the sheet; the Murph's trade is $250 for the dial and a strap in place of the bracelet.

The pilot's Hamilton at $1,125, on the H-40 rather than the H-10, which adds the day to the date and keeps the 80 hours. 42 mm, 11.85 mm thick, 20 mm lugs, 100 m, sapphire with AR, $1,125 on hamiltonwatch.com and $899 at a discounter. No lug-to-lug is published and the page states no lume, so the table carries a dash where the Murph 42 carries 53 mm. Against the Mido Multifort M at $1,090 it is 0.85 mm thicker with a day-date the Mido lacks. The Murph 42 at $1,095 is the alternative; the Pilot's trade is the missing figure on a 42 mm case.

Placed at $1,170, the compare-at figure on Orient USA's own page, where it was $700 and sold out on the check date; the $470 gap is the largest on the page. 43.6 mm, 51 mm lug-to-lug, 14 mm thick, 20 mm lugs, Orient's F6N47 with a power-reserve indicator and a 50-hour reserve, 200 m to ISO 6425, sapphire with AR, a 120-click bezel. The lug-to-lug is 5 mm longer than the Doxa SUB 200's. The Seiko SPB317 at $900 is the Japanese diver alternative, 46.9 mm long and 1.7 mm thinner; the Orient's trade is size, and a price that changes by the day.

$350 over the steel Khaki Field Auto 42 for titanium, and the same everything else: H-10, 80 hours, 100 m, sapphire. 42 mm, 11.45 mm thick, 20 mm lugs, on leather, $1,195; the black PVD bracelet reference showed no price on the US page. Hamilton publishes no lug-to-lug for the titanium where it publishes 53 mm for the steel, so a lighter case comes with a blank column. The Formex Field at $975 on the under-$1,000 list is the titanium alternative: hard-coated to 900 HV, a Sellita, 150 m, 46.6 mm lug-to-lug, Swiss assembled, $220 less. The Hamilton's trade is the name against a maker that publishes the numbers.

Not in Nodus's catalogue, a 2023 collaboration of 100 pieces per colour, and in the data because $1,199 bought the La Joux-Perret G101 the Farer Resolute III carries at $1,220. 41 mm, 47 mm lug-to-lug, 11.5 mm thick, 20 mm lugs, 68-hour reserve, 200 m, flat-top sapphire, BGW9, on a bracelet tapering 20 to 16 mm. The figures are a magazine's from December 2023, not a product page. Against the Resolute III it is 2 mm larger, 2 mm longer, 0.3 mm thinner and 100 m deeper, for $21 less. The Farer is the alternative you can order; the Canyon's trade is that the edition closed.

The hand-wound Sellita at $1,200, the maker's US price, and the only 18 mm lug on the page. 37.5 mm, 46 mm lug-to-lug, 11.5 mm thick, a Sellita SW200-2 M Power+ with a 63-hour reserve and a stated -7/+7 seconds a day, 100 m, sapphire over a 1 mm tinted sapphire dial layer, on leather tapering 18 to 16 mm. The lug-to-lug is 1 mm longer than the 39 mm Farer Resolute III's. The Serica 6190 at $1,290 is the alternative: 38 mm, 46.5 mm, 10.4 mm, COSC, 200 m, for $90 more. The Underd0g's trade is 1.1 mm of thickness and no certificate, for the dial.

The Trident most people mean, $1,320 on Christopher Ward's US price on the bracelet, on pre-order on the check date. 40 mm, 47.45 mm lug-to-lug, 11.3 mm thick, 20 mm lugs, Sellita SW200-1, 300 m, sapphire with AR, a 120-click unidirectional bezel with a ceramic insert, Grade X1 lume. The 42 mm is the same $1,320, 1.85 mm longer and in stock; the 38 mm is $55 more. At 11.3 mm it is 2.5 mm thinner than the Doxa SUB 200 at $1,290 with 100 m more, on a lug-to-lug 1.45 mm longer. The Doxa is the alternative for the money; the Trident's trade is the wait and the length.

The same $1,320 as the 40 mm and the one Christopher Ward had in stock on the check date. 42 mm, 49.3 mm lug-to-lug, 11.5 mm thick, 22 mm lugs, Sellita SW200-1, 300 m, sapphire with AR, the 120-click ceramic bezel, Grade X1 lume, on the bracelet. The same money buys 2 mm of diameter, 1.85 mm of length and 0.2 mm of thickness over the 40, and costs a 22 mm lug on a wrist that may want 20. It is 1.7 mm shorter than the Orient Star on a case 1.6 mm smaller. The 40 mm is the alternative; the 42's trade is size for stock.

The steel Dune at $1,335 on the bracelet, without the COSC certificate the bronze one carries on the under-$1,000 list. 38 mm, 43.6 mm lug-to-lug, 11.7 mm thick, 20 mm lugs, Sellita SW200-1, 150 m, box sapphire, a fixed bezel, Grade X1 lume. The 43.6 mm lug-to-lug is the shortest of any 38 mm watch here; the Serica 6190 is 46.5 mm. The C65 Trident Diver and Aquitaine GMT have left the catalogue, so this is the C65 three-hander that remains. The Serica at $1,290 is the alternative: COSC, 200 m, 1.3 mm thinner. The Dune's trade is $45 more for 2.9 mm less length and no certificate.

The Trident 38's trade is $85 more and 0.6 mm thicker for the bezel and the extra 100 m.

The three-hand Sealander at $1,375 on the bracelet, and the 2026 version runs the Sellita SW200-2 Power+ where the Tridents run the SW200-1. 39 mm, 45 mm lug-to-lug, 10.9 mm thick, 20 mm lugs, 150 m, sapphire with AR, a fixed bezel; pre-order for the end of October on the check date. Against the Trident 38 at the same $1,375: 1 mm larger, 0.1 mm thinner, 150 m less, no bezel, the newer calibre. The Halios Universa II at $995 is the alternative with an SW300-1 and 100 m, when its batch opens. The Sealander's trade is $380 more for 50 m and a maker that ships to a date.

The Swiss GMT under $1,500 at $1,395 on rubber, and a caller: the Sellita SW330-2 sets the 24-hour hand on its own and leaves the hour hand with the minutes. 39 mm, 45 mm lug-to-lug, 11.3 mm thick, 20 mm lugs, 150 m, sapphire with AR, a fixed bezel with the 24-hour scale on the dial; pre-order on the check date. The 42 mm is 48.5 mm long at the same thickness. The Traska Venturer GMT at $950 in the main list is the alternative: a true GMT, 10.15 mm, 150 m, $445 less. The Sealander's trade is the caller layout, and $445 for a Sellita rather than a Miyota.

$5 under the line, on an authorised retailer's price, because frederiqueconstant.com returned a 403 on the check date and the listing carries no case specs; the table is diameter, movement and price and nothing else. 40 mm, steel, the FC-303 automatic on a Sellita SW200 base, a name taken from the reference prefix rather than a fetched page, white dial on leather, $1,495. A search snippet had Costco at $799.99 for a green-dial bracelet version. The Tissot Gentleman Open Heart at $1,025 in the main list is the dress alternative with a published thickness and rating; the Frédérique Constant's trade is $470 for a sheet this site could not read.

The Twelve at $1,495 on the integrated bracelet in its smallest size, and the shortest watch on the page: 40.8 mm lug-to-lug on a 36 mm case. 9.95 mm thick, Sellita SW200-1 with a 38-hour reserve, 100 m, sapphire with AR, a twelve-sided fixed bezel, Grade X1 lume; the sterling page lists a rubber version at £885. All three steel sizes are $1,495 and 9.95 mm; only the length changes, 40.8, 43.3 and 44.5 mm. The Vaer A12 at $1,099 is the alternative at 36 mm: 43 mm long, 10.4 mm, Swiss assembled, on a strap. The Twelve's trade is $396 for the bracelet and 0.45 mm.

The middle Twelve, 38 mm and 43.3 mm lug-to-lug, at the same $1,495 as the other two. 9.95 mm thick, Sellita SW200-1, 38-hour reserve, 100 m, sapphire with AR, the twelve-sided bezel on the integrated bracelet, Grade X1 lume. It is the size that puts the Twelve against the Serica 6190 at $1,290: 38 mm each, the Serica 46.5 mm long and 10.4 mm thick with a COSC certificate and 200 m, the Twelve 3.2 mm shorter, 0.45 mm thinner, on a bracelet you cannot swap. The Serica is the alternative for $205 less; the Twelve's trade is the integrated case and the 38-hour reserve against a chronometer.

The 40 mm Twelve, $1,495 and on pre-order on the check date, 44.5 mm lug-to-lug, 1.2 mm longer than the 38 and 3.7 mm longer than the 36 for the same money. 9.95 mm thick, Sellita SW200-1 with a 38-hour reserve, 100 m, sapphire with AR, the integrated bracelet, Grade X1 lume. The titanium Twelve 40 is $2,295 on the under-$2,500 list. The Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 at $850 on the under-$1,000 list is the integrated-bracelet alternative for $645 less, 0.98 mm thicker with 80 hours against 38; the Twelve's trade is $645 for a published lug-to-lug, a thinner case and a shorter reserve.

CHF 835 on certina.com, including Swiss VAT; at 19 September's rate it placed just over $1,000, so it is here rather than beside its 38 mm sibling on the under-$1,000 list. 40.5 mm, 14.1 mm thick, 20 mm lugs, Powermatic 80.611 with an 80-hour reserve, 300 m to ISO 6425:2018, sapphire with AR on one side, a unidirectional bezel in steel and ceramic. No lug-to-lug is published. The 45 francs over the 38 buy 2.5 mm of diameter and 0.88 mm of thickness. The Tissot Seastar 1000 at $875 is the dollar-priced alternative on the same calibre family; the Certina's trade is the ISO line and a bill in francs.

The 500 m is the deepest rating on the page short of the Tissot Seastar 2000's 600 m, in a case 4 mm smaller and 3.75 mm thinner. The Seastar 2000 at $1,275 is the dollar alternative; the Doxa SUB 200 at $1,290 has the shorter lug-to-lug. The Squale's trade is the currency, 38 hours and 100 m.
